Inquiry & Consultation
Submit your inquiry by quote form, WhatsApp, or email with product brief, reference image, Pantone color, target market, quantity, and budget range. Our B2B specialist responds within 24 hours with a preliminary assessment.
Step 02
Quotation & Feasibility Review
Our R&D and production team reviews your requirements and provides a detailed costing sheet covering material, MOQ, unit price at different volumes, sampling fee, and lead time within 1 to 3 business days.
Step 03
Sample Development
After quotation approval and sampling fee payment, we develop physical samples within 7 to 15 working days, with expedited service available for stock fabric styles and worldwide shipment by DHL or FedEx.
Step 04
Sample Review & Approval
You review the sample for quality, color, construction, and sizing. Feedback is confirmed by email or WhatsApp, revision samples are developed if needed, and the final sample is signed off before bulk production.
Step 05
Order Confirmation & Production Deposit
We issue the Proforma Invoice for formal order confirmation. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production start and 70% balance before shipment, with production scheduled immediately after deposit receipt.
Step 06
Bulk Production & Progress Updates
Bulk production starts with weekly photo or video updates and milestone reporting at raw material inspection, mid-production QC, and pre-shipment QC. AQL 2.5 final inspection is applied, and third-party inspection is supported.
Step 07
Shipment & Export Documentation
After balance payment, we arrange shipment and prepare full export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, OEKO-TEX certificate copy, and test reports, with EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms supported.
Step 08
After-Sales Support
We provide a 24-hour response commitment for post-delivery issues, handle quality claims within 5 business days, and assign a dedicated account manager for repeat customers.
